ACCOMPANY THE MISSION TO RESTORE NATURAL SALT FIELDS
Salt is a precious health gift that nature bestows on humans. The product is good but the price is still underrated, plus the hard work of the salt making process that makes “diêm dân" - the salt makers quit the job gradually.
Desired to restore the lost natural salt fields and help the salt workers to have better income, ATECA implements a project to develop salt products and packages for salt from Nam Dinh and Thai Binh provinces.
We are trusted with the opportunity to accompany ATECA in this meaningful project.
PRESERVE THE MEMOIRS OF THE SEA
Water carries minerals and stories from the places that it has passed. The people of the sea areas in Nam Dinh province rely on what nature has given to them to create a traditional method of making salt that dried on the sand fields. Ones that are the best quality, rich in minerals and strong in flavors.
Each grain of this salt contains the essence of sky and earth over thousands of years, accumulated a tradition of salt making that passed through generations.
That is the MEMOIRS OF THE SEA - the concept that we chose to carry out the mission of bringing that precious sea salt to everyone - who cares about culinary quality, nutritional value and a healthy life.

Dried by sun on sand field traditionally. Reduced sodium to be better for health. Stewed for many hours in earthen pots to give the salt a sweet aftertaste. Solar Salt - Light Salt - Stewed Salt are the three basic products of ATECA.
